Jus cogens norms are not theoretical; they are the foundation of justice.
My message is this: let's come to action now. Please be in our mind that the rule of law must apply everywhere, even in the most remote corners of the desert.
The Population of the Tindouf camps deserve justice, dignity, and freedom from fear.
